适用范围
YC/T235的本部分规定了切削加工件的线性和角度尺寸一般公差的极限偏差值与形状和位置一般公差值。
本部分适用于切削加工件。
本部分规定的一般公差仅适用于位于切削加工形成的尺寸。其他,例如:
---毛坯件上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按毛坯件公差标准(如GB/T6414-1999、GB/T12362-2003等)的规定;
---型材(例如扁棒料或圆棒料)上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按型材公差标准的规定;
---焊接接合件上,由切削加工形成的面与一个未加工面之间的尺寸一般公差按焊接接合件一般公差标准的规定。

【摘要】:Testingmachinesthatapplyandindicateforceareusedinmanyindustries,inmanyways.Theymaybeusedinaresearchlaboratorytomeasurematerialproperties,andinaproductionlinetoqualifyaproductforshipment.Nomatterwhattheenduseofthemachinemaybe,itisnecessaryforuserstoknowtheamountofforcethatisappliedandindicated,andthattheaccuracyoftheforceistraceabletotheNationalInstituteofStandardsandTechnology(NIST),formerlyNBS.PracticesE4providesaproceduretoverifythesemachines,inorderthattheindicatedforcesmaybetraceable.AkeyelementtothisNISTtraceabilityisthatthedevicesusedintheverificationhaveknownforcecharacteristics,andhavebeencalibratedinaccordancewithPracticeE74.TheproceduresinPracticesE4maybeusedbythoseusing,manufacturing,andprovidingcalibrationservicefortestingmachinesandrelatedinstrumentation.1.1Thesepracticescoverproceduresfortheforceverification,bymeansofstandardcalibrationdevices,oftensionorcompression,orboth,staticorquasi-statictestingmachines(whichmay,ormaynot,haveforce-indicatingsystems).Thesepracticesarenotintendedtobecompletepurchasespecificationsfortestingmachines.Testingmachinesmaybeverifiedbyoneofthethreefollowingmethodsorcombinationthereof:1.1.1Useofstandardweights,1.1.2Useofequal-armbalancesandstandardweights,or1.1.3Useofelasticcalibrationdevices.Note1Thesepracticesdonotcovertheverificationofalltypesoftestingmachinesdesignedtomeasureforces,forexample,theconstant-rate-of-loadingtypewhichoperatesontheinclined-planeprinciple.ThistypeofmachinemaybeverifiedasdirectedintheapplicableappendixofSpecificationD76.1.2Theproceduresofapplytotheverificationoftheforce-indicatingsystemsassociatedwiththetestingmachine,suchasascale,dial,markedorunmarkedrecorderchart,digitaldisplay,etc.Inallcasesthebuyer/owner/usermustdesignatetheforce-indicatingsystem(s)tobeverifiedandincludedinthereport.1.3Sinceconversionfactorsarenotrequiredinthispractice,eitherinch-poundunits,SIunits,ormetricvaluescanbeusedasthestandard.1.4Forcesindicatedondisplays/printoutsoftestingmachinedatasystems-betheyinstantaneous,delayed,stored,orretransmitted-whichareverifiedwithprovisionsof1.1.1,1.1.2,or1.1.3,andarewithinthe1%accuracyrequirement,complywithPracticesE4.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
