【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241setsforthergonomicdesignprinciplesformulatedingeneralterms(i.e.presentedwithoutreferencetosituationsofuse,application,environmentortechnology)andprovidesaframeworkforapplyingthoseprinciplestotheanalysis,designandevaluationofinteractivesystems.WhilethispartofISO9241isapplicabletoalltypesofinteractivesystems,itdoesnotcoverthespecificsofeverycontextofuse(e.g.safetycriticalsystems,collaborativework).Itisintendedforthefollowingtypesofusers:—designersofuserinterfacedevelopmenttoolsandstyleguidestobeusedbyuserinterfacedesigners;—userinterfacedesigners,whowillapplytheguidanceduringthedevelopmentprocess;—developers,whowillapplytheguidanceduringdesignandimplementationofsystemfunctionality;—buyers,whowillreferencethispartofISO9241duringproductprocurement;—evaluators,whoareresponsibleforensuringthatproductsmeetitsrecommendations.ThispartofISO9241focusesondialogueprinciplesrelatedtotheergonomicdesignofthedialoguebetweenuserandinteractivesystem,anddoesnotconsideranyotheraspectofdesignsuchasmarketing,aestheticsorcorporatedesign.Thelistofrecommendationsforeachofthedialogueprinciplesisnotexhaustive.
