【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthepreventiveactionofawoodpreservativeagainstrecentlyhatchedlarvaeofHylotrupesbajulus(Linnaeus)whenthepreservativeisappliedasasurfacetreatmenttowood.Thismethodisapplicableto:-water-insolublechemicalswhicharebeingstudiedasactiveinsecticides;-organicformulations,assuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;-organicwater-dispersibleformulationsassuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;and-water-solublematerials,forexamplesalts.Themethodisapplicablewhetherornotthetestspecimenshavebeensubjectedtoappropriateageingprocedures.
