【摘要】:Thiscodeshallapplytosingleburnerboilers,multipleburnerboilers,stokers,andatmosphericfluidized-bedboilerswithafuelinputratingof3.7MWt(12.5millionBtu/hr)orgreater,topulverizedfuelsystems,andtofiredorunfiredsteamgeneratorsusedtorecoverheatfromcombustionturbines[heatrecoverysteamgenerators(HRSGs)].1.1.1Thiscodeshallcoverdesign,installation,operation,maintenance,andtraining.1.1.2Thiscodeshallcoverstrengthofthestructure,operationandmaintenanceprocedures,combustionanddraftcontrolequipment,safetyinterlocks,alarms,trips,andotherrelatedcontrolsthatareessentialtosafeequipmentoperation.1.1.3CoordinationofthedesignandoperatingproceduresoftheboilerfurnaceorHRSGsystemandanyfluegascleanupsystemsdownstreamofthepostcombustiongaspassesshallberequired.Suchcoordinationshallincluderequirementsforensuringacontinuousflowpathfromthecombustionairinletthroughthestack.1.1.4Chapter5,SingleBurnerBoilers,coverssingleburnerboilersthatfirethefollowingfuels:(1)Naturalgasasdefinedin3.3.71.10.(2)Othergashavingacalorificvalueandcharacteristicssimilartonaturalgas(3)FueloilofGrades2,4,5,or6(4)Gasandoilthatarefiredsimultaneouslyforfueltransfer.(5)Gasandoilthatarefiredsimultaneouslyandcontinuously.1.1.5Chapter6,MultipleBurnerBoilers,coversmultipleburnerboilersfiringoneormoreofthefollowing:(1)Gasfuel,asdefinedin3.3.71.7and3.3.71.10(2)Oilfuel,asdefinedin3.3.71.3(3)Pulverizedcoalfuel,asdefinedin3.3.71.2.1andsimultaneousfiringofmorethanonefuel.1.1.6Chapter7,AtmosphericFluidized-BedBoilers,coversatmosphericfluidized-bedboilers.1.1.7Chapter8,HeatRecoverySteamGenerators,coversheatrecoverysteamgenerator(HRSG)systems.1.1.8Chapter9,PulverizedFuelSystems,coverspulverizedfuelsystems,beginningwiththerawfuelbunker,whichisupstreamofthepulverizerandthepointatwhichprimaryairentersthepulverizingsystem,andterminatingatthepointwherepressurecanberelievedbyfuelbeingburnedorcollectedinadevicethatisbuiltinaccordancewiththiscode.Thepulverizedfuelsystemshallincludetheprimaryairducts,whichareupstreamofthepulverizer,toapointwherepressurecanberelieved.1.1.9Chapter10,Stokers,coversboilersusingastokertofirethefollowingfuels:(1)Coal(2)Wood(3)Refuse-derivedfuel(RDF)(4)Municipalsolidwaste(MSW)(5)Othersolidfuels.1.1.9.1Wheresolidfuelisfiredsimultaneouslywithotherfuels(e.g.,asolidfuelstokerfiredincombinationwithgas,oil,orpulverizedauxiliaryfuel),additionalcontrolsandinterlocksshallincludethosecoveredinChapters5,6,and9.ExceptionNo.1:ThepurgerequirementsofChapters5and6shallnotberequiredwhenthestokerisfiringandtheboilerison-line.Inthosecases,ifnocoolingairisbeingprovidedtotheauxiliaryburners,apurgeoftheirassociatedairsupplyductsshallbeprovided.ExceptionNo.2:WhereoilorgasisfiredinasupervisedmanualsysteminaccordancewithChapter5,theexcessivesteampressureinterlockshallnotberequired.
